The temperature around here has been dropping greatly each night. I've been slightly concerned about my rabbits and keeping them warm enough.
As you saw from a past post, I was beginning to get huts for each bunny so that they might have a place to get in out of the weather!

We've managed to find another 'tidy-cat' container and my mom helped me cut holes into some old plastic tubs we found on the side of the road.

For another rabbit, I actually just used a five gallon bucket! It's amazing what you can use as long as you can think outside the normal thought process.

Anyway, I'm very pleased with how many rabbits now have shelter! Not only that, but I cleaned quite a few of the cages and was able to get my 'porch bunnies' out back with the others.

Then from one purchase of rabbits, I had acquired two litter trays for the bunnies. I stuck one of these with my male, Piccolo, and he LOVES it!

Every day for the past week I've been racking leaves out of my rabbitry area. It always makes it look a thousand times better! And if you keep up on it, it's not hard at all.

My lop rabbits are doing great as well! I'm very pleased with how sweet they are. I actually took the one bunny, Bruce to our church for a blessing yesterday :) He was the 'representative' for all the bunnies :)

So there you go, that's what I've been up to with my rabbits. Hopefully I'll be able to post a lot this week as I'll be at the beach this coming week, but we'll see as I have all my quarter exams to complete by Thursday!
