All the Litters

In this post, I have all the litters with the exception of Cupcake and Kizzy's.  And that was simply because their babies were all covered up and I didn't want to disturb them, especially because Cupcake has been a little 'on edge' with this litter.

Anyway, this first picture is of Peanut's new litter.  They're all adorable! Rhett was the sire to this bunch :)

Then here's Dadooshka's litter.  Both Achilles and Oreo were the Sires to this litter.  And I'm looking forward to seeing their colors come in as they appear to have beautiful coats on them!

Here's Dotty with her litter :) Achilles was the sire of this one.

They're all very healthy and doing well :)

Here's Pocahontas' litter.  Dustin is the sire to them.  They're all so cute :)

Here's Valentine's litter, with Benjamin as the sire.  The grey one is sold, I'm just keeping it for another week or so until the lady who bought him gets a cage.

The little brown one still has a weepy eye, but I clean it daily and have been putting drops in it to help clear it up.  He's doing much better :)

The Ruby, with Dustin as the sire to this bunch :)

They're all so sweet...this is probably my favorite, current litter :)

Then for Cottontail's litter that Achilles was the sire of.

They all pile up underneath the water bottle :)

Pumpkin's a good girl, with her litter that Rhett is the sire of.

And here's Malaguena's litter.  Chuck was the sire of this one :)

Quite a few of them were napping :)

Then for GG's, with the sire being Phantom.

They're all like little fluff balls!

And it appears that quite a few have blue eyes like Phantom :)

Then we have Buttons.  The sire to this litter was MJ.

The black/white looking into the camera is the one with only 1 eye, she's beyond friendly and so sweet! :)

I believe this white one will look like a Lion Head :)

Next up, we have LE's litter with Oreo being the sire of it.

I actually sold the dark grey one yesterday to a lovely family :)

Kayla's up next, with her litter of two! The sire was Phantom and the runt has begun growing!  He won't reach full weight, but that means he's not a peanut and he's going to be just fine :)

They're both so sweet :)

Then finally, we have Arrow's litter who Oreo is the sire of.

She won't let me open the cage without attacking, so I had to take pictures through the cage.

So there you have it!  LOTS of babies out there and they're all so sweet and cute :)  It now takes me a very looooong time to do the bunnies, as I make sure to spend some time with each litter every day, but it's definitely worth it when the bunnies are then sweet for the customers :)

Babies!

Yesterday and this morning we had 4 litters of bunnies born!!!  And they're all darling!

Kizzy

Kizzy was bred with Piccolo and she had 3 adorable, double maned bunnies :) She had hers early this morning.

The babies above are Dadooshka's.  She had them yesterday in the morning.  All ready there appear to be some pretty colors in this litter! She had a total of 7 :) She had been bred with both Achilles and Oreo.  You can already tell which babies were from which dad.

Then Cupcake had her litter late last night.  She had 5 beautiful babies.  She had been bred with Benjamin.  It's hard to tell, but one of them is either a peanut or a definite runt.  I believe it's just a runt, but only time will tell.

Then Peanuts had a litter of 8 beautiful babies this morning :)  They're all dark skinned, which means they'll probably be colors like black, brown, and grey when their fur comes in.  I'm looking forward to it.  She had been bred with Rhett, so these babies are going to be BIG!

Then this morning, I had Piccolo breed with Tasha...

...and Bruce was bred with Luna :)

I moved some of the bunnies around, so Pocahontas and her litter are now in a wire cage.

Then I also moved Arrow and her litter into a wire cage in hopes that I will now be able to handle the babies more.  When I was moving them, I had the opportunity to sex them.

Caramel - Female
Caramel/White - Male
Black/White - Female
Brown/White - Male

They're all super cute!  But now Arrow's begun attacking...including threatening her own babies.  So once I'm confident the babies are fully weaned (around week 4 and 1/2) I'll probably get rid of her, so that she doesn't end up killing one of her own.   And that's what's up in the rabbitry :)

Dotty's Litter

Dotty's litter is doing very well and has already generated interest without even being up for sale!

Above is a picture of a female, and below is that female with a male :)

Then the adorable tan with the single white paw is a male :)

The black is a female...

...the white/grey is a female...

...then both the brown/white bunnies are females :)

They're all on the smaller side of things, but nicely compact.  They're so cute!

They're all very friendly and social.  The only one who's a little on the wild side is the black/white female.  Other than that, they're all as easy going as possible.  Very gentle and I love all the colors in this litter.  Achilles definitely does a nice job with his litters! :)

Ruby's Litter

Ruby had a large litter of 10 bunnies and has done the wonderful job of keeping every single one alive, healthy and well :)

Her babies are extremely sweet.  Ruby is just like LE, who was her mother.  Ruby has the same disposition as LE, which is to be very laid back.  All of her babies seem to be following that trait.

I went through yesterday and double checked the sexes of all 10.

For the two black/white bunnies, they're both males :)

Then for the two brown bunnies, one is a male and the other's a female :)

And then for the six white ones...

...two are males and four are females :)

Ruby's so cute! She loves checking out the camera.

Then for this little brown one, I have no idea what happened to it's ear!

I came out one day and the tip of it was just gone! I don't know if one of the other's stepped on it or accidently nipped it off.  Either way, it's not bloody, it's perfectly fine.  But now this poor bunny looks like a pirate!

So as you can see, all is well with Ruby and her little bunch of bunnies :) They're all so sweet and they have beautiful coats.  It's actually really nice to see how well they're all doing since it was such a huge litter! Sometimes, there are rabbits in large litters who end up not getting enough milk.  But Ruby did a good job in keeping everyone fed equally :)
