And my timing was perfect, because when I went out to check on Brindle, she was in the middle of actually giving birth!
Here's Cheche with her litter.
Cheche was the female who got out of her cage not long ago and took us all day to catch her again...
...and well, like the escape artist she is, she somehow managed to get out of the hutch she and her babies are in, and was running all throughout the garden!
This was the best picture I could get of her litter for now...
But anyway, my entire family was kind enough to come outside and help me wrangle this bunny. And with their help, it wasn't long until my brother managed to get a hold of her. I then overly secured her hutch in all the possible ways she may have escaped so she can't do it again. In all honestly, I was more worried about her babies if we couldn't catch her again then anything else.
And here are some clips of Brindle, actually giving birth!
My camera has the worst battery life ever, so I had to take short clips to make sure I would be able to salvage the footage I'd already shot before the whole camera shuts down.
But anyway, this was the first time I managed to watch a bunny give birth, while having my camera on hand!
