Peeps

It's been a few weeks since we first got the peeps and they are all growing like weeds! 

 

 

Yesterday it got all the way up to 86 degrees and so we were able to put the peeps out to run around and get some fresh air.

 

Their feathers are all coming in as you can see and they all seem to be beautifully colored.

 

You can tell that they're still working on their feathers (especially around their neck and heads), but I think they look great anyway :)

So there you go.  The peeps are still living in our basement under a heat lamp, but my mom and I are currently in the process of building a small, outdoor living space for them so they will no longer be in the house.  Hopefully that won't take too long :)
