I haven't named them yet...
Bunny nose :)
...so I'm not sure if I want to give them names that are all similar, since they're sisters. Or even names that go together, like Martin and Lewis or Bonnie and Clyde...
...or if I just want to give them all their own, unique names...hmm :)
The bunny below is so beautiful!!! I love her face's markings :)
I was having a hard time getting a good shot, as they were moving around quite a bit :)
They're so cute!
Then, I also bred 3 sets of bunnies today. Starting with Cora (my Mini/Holland Lop mixed female) with Bubba, my Holland Lop male :)
I was really excited because of his coloring! I'm kind of hoping for some tri-colored babies :)
...but he couldn't seem to do the job, as she was being VERY difficult! So I had to stick her in with Watson, my other Holland Lop male.
Then I bred Ruby, my Giant Flemish mixed female with Bull, my mystery male :)
The people I got Bull from had no idea what breed he is. So...I'm going to wing it :) I think he's a large mix of the common 'meat' varieties out there. With a pinch of Flemish and a pinch of Rex...and maybe New Zealand...and Californian...and maybe Satin... :)
Then lastly, I bred Rhett Jr., my Giant Flemish male, with Pumpkin, my Giant Flemish mixed female :)
He did a GREAT job! Especially seeing it's his first breeding. I was very pleased! However, Pumpkin was not in the mood. As you can tell from the picture above, she yanked a splotch of fur off his shoulder at one point. But he didn't mind in the least :)
So there you go! Some pictures from today's bunny adventures :) Next week I'll be breeding another set of 3. Still not sure who all it will be. Oh, and the end of this month will hopefully be bringing baby bunnies!!! As Ragnara (English Lop), Lilac (Velveteen Lop), and Saffron (meat mix) are all due :)
