I was rooting for females, especially once Olivia died. Ironically however, 7 of them were all males! Only one was a female. Consequently, I did NOT put my only female up for sale. Instead I'm raising her up as a replacement for her mother, Olivia.
This female's super cute because she has her father's blue eyes and white spots, but her mother's tan coat. And since I've been bottle feeding her, she's extremely sweet and very loving! So she's completely opposite from her mother in that respect.
Anyway, the 7 males I put up on craigslist. All of a sudden, I started getting a LOT of interest in them! I've never had so much interest in such a short amount of time on ANY litter of bunnies!
Needless to say, I've sold all but one. Although I'm fairly confident someone will shortly be interested in the last male. If not though, I actually have some friends who gave us a Lion Head female almost 8 years ago.
Now, the female they gave us is long gone, but they've always been interested in getting another Lion Head. So if I don't get any interest on this male within the next few days, then I'll contact them and see if they would like a pet bunny again.
