2 Day Old Baby Bunnies

So Ruby's babies are 2 days old.  She's been extremely moody since the day she gave birth, so I've made sure to stay far away from her babies.  I don't want to irritate her or cause her to kill any babies.  But today it's really warm out, so the babies didn't need to be fully covered with fur, allowing me to get some pictures :)

And as you can see, Ruby made a beautiful, and very large nest!

She had them all covered up really well!

And it looks like there are going to be some spotted ones...maybe light tan or orange in color? :)

I gave Ruby some dandelions to occupy her while I snapped some pictures :)

And in this picture, you can see black spotted babies too!

All 9 look so cute :)

And Bull was the sire to this litter.  I have no idea what breed he is, or what color genes he possesses. SO...it's going to be really cool seeing the colors as the babies' fur comes in! :)

Little faces :)

Ruby's a good mother.  She always takes care of her litters.  So, I'm pretty confident in her raising this litter all the way, which is always a good thing :)
