Above is Shira, and below is Shira with Nickel.
They both have the same dad, and were born close to each other. But they have different moms. Luckily though, they still live together and seem to really enjoy it :)
Dotty is Shira's mom, and Cottontail is Nickel's. And even though both Nickel and Shira have been bred and are (hopefully!) pregnant, they have no issues with being together. I really love that! I think it's super cool how well they do with each other :) They're both due this coming weekend though...so I don't know if they'll ever be together again or not. Or maybe I'll try a mini 'colony' idea and just keep them together, with 2 nesting-boxes. Hmm...not sure yet what I want to do.
Then here's my Mini Lop female, S'Mores.
I kept her cage door shut, because other wise she doesn't stay still and I can never get a clear picture :) However, she's extremely sweet, social, and is due to have her first litter in 2 weeks :)
And here's Saffron.
She's due in a few weeks too :)
She's a beautiful bunny. Her aunt is Dotty. Arrow was her mom. It will be neat seeing the color variations of her babies, as Dustin will be the sire!
And here's Dotty :)
She's not the most social bunny.
However, when she has a litter that's a few weeks old, she becomes the most laid back, easy going, sweet mom ever :)
She normally has beautifully colored babies. I'm excited about her litter!
And here's Cupcake, my Mini/Holland Lop mixed female :)
She's always happy for attention!
She a real sweet-heart!
I bred her with Gorman, so I'm SUPER excited to see what color the babies are!
I've only ever bred her with Tort colored males, and Gorman is a BEW (Blue Eyed White)
I'm excited to see if any babies have blue eyes :) Or maybe all white!
So there you go! A few of my females. And all pregnant! I'm going to become very busy very quickly! :)
