Building Nests

Tasha, my female who I was told was a Lion Head, but believe might be a Wooly of some kind, has been adding some fur to her nest :)

She's due this Friday! 

And Valentine, my Mini Lop female has been busy adding to her nest in preparation for her due date this Friday as well.  I'm going to give them more nesting materials in a few days, closer to the due date.

So, I'm very excited about both of them! Last litter, Valentine had a gorgeous grey/white spotted male.  I love the coloring! So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she might have another...only this time - a girl!  And Tasha always has adorable babies.  But this time, she was bred with Phantom.  So I'm interested to see the colors she'll have!

My two other females, and step sisters, Nickel and Shira are also due Friday.  But they have not begun building any nests, as they've been in wire cages.  So today, I moved them both into their own hutch area.  I'm excited for their litters, as this will be a first time for them both!
