I haven't posted for a few days because the camera I usually use to take pictures with seems to have died. Plus, the laptop I use to import the pictures has stopped working. So...I finally broke down and decided to use one of our old cameras. It's definitely not as good, in any way, but it's better than nothing.
So first off, here's Tasha's litter, which she had the other week :)
There are 5 and I'm SOOO happy they're all doing well!! I want to keep a female, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed in hopes that at least 1 of these 5 will be female! I've found my male Phantom seems to throw lots of males, and he's the sire of this litter. But I'm going to be optimistic and hope for the best :) And I love their spots!!
Then Nickel had a litter of 7, all of which are still alive, healthy, and doing very well!
She's doing awesome for her first time!
And they're all so cute! She had hers same time as Tasha's litter. Valentine and Shira both never gave birth. I guess they'll have to be bred again.
And just this morning, my first-time mom Jetta gave birth to 9 beautiful babies!!!
They're underneath the fur. I counted them early this morning, then covered them back up. I won't be touching them again until day 10 or if one is in need of urgent care. Until then, it's up to Jetta to keep them warm, fed, and well :)
Then Pumpkin's litter is growing like crazy!!!
Their eyes and ears are open, and while they're not leaving their nest yet, they're definitely getting more curious each day :) All 7 are so cute!
Ruby still has her 8, and they're adorable :)
I didn't push back the fur to take pictures, because it was raining, and I didn't want the fur to stick all over my hands. But they're definitely well, happy and have their eyes and ears open as well :)
Then here's New Girl's litter!
I moved them from their hutch. They're now in a hanging cage, with a huge nesting-box to sleep in and cuddle :)
New Girl's an awesome mother!
And last but not least, Luna's litter!
Their ears are still upright, but starting to show signs of the flop in the near future :)
Like with New Girl's litter, I moved Luna's litter from their hutch, into one of the hanging cages. They also have a large nesting-box to sleep in :)
They're so cute!
Only one little baby was running around with it's mom...and started nursing :)
So you can see it's grey/white feet sticking up in the air as it grabs a bit to eat! :)
They're all so adorable, and I'm so glad there haven't been any issues with the mothers. On a side note, I bred Cora with Gorman this past Monday. Hopefully this time she'll have a litter!
